Demand Communication
Discuss your equestrian apparel style, sizes, fabric, lining, accessories, logo craft, packaging, budget and lead time. You may send reference garments or drawings. We confirm all details together.
We send photos or physical samples for your check on silhouette, size, colors, accessories and logo craft. We adjust details until you confirm the final pre-production sample.
After sample approval, we confirm bulk order terms, including unit price, quantity, custom specifications, packaging and delivery lead time. Bulk production will start once we receive your deposit.
Upon receipt of deposit, we source and prepare all required fabrics, webbings and accessories for your equestrian apparel order. We inspect raw materials before cutting to meet your customized requirements.
Cut fabric and lining materials after pattern confirmation, and print logos on cut pieces via heat transfer, embroidery or silicone print. Fit zippers, buckles and snap accessories during stitching to finish equestrian apparel.
All finished equestrian apparel undergo full inspection. We check stitching, fabric tensile strength, accessory tightness, logo details and dimension accuracy.
We pack finished equestrian apparel per your packaging specs. Various packaging options are available, and we inspect each piece during packing to ensure neat presentation before shipment.
Final QC, quantity verification, color/size list confirmation and carton marking will be completed before packing. We pack goods, take photos for records and arrange delivery by sea or air.
